In the organization space you will find all the features that allow you to manage your organization in Qoezion. You can access it by clicking on the desired organization in your personal space.

Licenses and SMS

Organizations now have access to Qoezion through a subscription. If your organization still has licenses remaining on its account, please contact our sales department at sales@quick-off.com

To add SMS to your organization's account, contact our sales department at sales@quick-off.com. SMS messages purchased by an organization can be used for all its events.

Events

In the Events menu, you will find the events you organize and those you support, including past events that are already archived. You can filter and sort the list.

The planning view (5 or 10 weeks) allows you to visualize when your events are taking place, and to monitor the progress of their recruitment.

Community

 In the Community menu, you will find the list of your community members.

The list of members includes all those who have joined your community, whether by applying to one of your events, to an event of one of your affiliated organizations, or via an invitation link.

You can filter and sort this list, or click on a member of your community to view his or her profile.

The community planning view allows you to visualize the participation of your community members in the events you organize. The colors reflect the different status of applications:

• blue - pending processing

• green - accepted

• red - declined

• orange - on waiting list

• gray - cancelled

Statistics

In the Stats page, you can track the workload in hours over the last 12 months, the distribution of your community members by age, the distance they travel from their home to the event, and the evolution of the size of your community.

Settings

In the Settings, you can configure your organization, manage the users, consult the library of shared fields and manage your affiliated organizations.
