In addition to the pre-defined information fields (name, address, availability, etc.), Qoezion allows you to create customized information fields according to your needs, in order to collect the data required to organize your event.

To create new information fields, go to Settings > Contact information.

You can also create a new customized information field directly from the form, at the same time as you create a question. To do this, when you add a new question, select New information:

 Select Add new information to create a completely new information field, or add an information field that already exists in your organization's shared library.

You can then choose the type of information, give your new field a name and list the choices available (it the type of the question is a drop down list).
