New feature : Training courses

Qoezion is evolving to meet the needs of event organizers even better, with a new feature: the Training Courses. This new module will enable you to create contents according to the needs of your events (procedures, safety instructions, role presentations, etc.), share them with your teams and track their progress.

The training module is not enabled by default. To find out more about it and request the activation for your organization, please contact our sales department: sales@quick-off.om

Create training courses

From your organization space, create a library of training courses that can be shared with the teammates of your different events. The content editor allows you to add different elements to your courses: text, images, video and documents.

You can consult the list of training courses completed by the members of your community.

You can also create quizzes to make your training more dynamic and help teammates check their knowledge. Each question can have one or more correct answers, and you can add messages to be displayed in the event of a correct or incorrect answer ( clarifications, encouraging words, etc.).

Share training courses

From your event space, you have access to your organization's library of training courses, and can choose the ones you wish to share with your teammates. You can restrict the distribution of training courses according to tags or teammate activities.

You can follow the progress of your teammates in your event space

Teammate space

Teammates can access all the training courses assigned to them from their personal space.
