Registration and signing in issues


Can't register or log in to your Qoezion account? You will find hereunder solutions for the most common connection issues:

Nothing happens when I click on "Sign up"

Mak sure to fill in all mandatory fields:

  • First and last name

  • Birth date (you must be 15 or older to create your account)

  • Password (password must be strong or very strong)

  • Accept the term and conditions and privacy policy

  • Phone number is not mandatory, but if provided, its format must be correct

I have not received the verification email to validate the creation of my account

  • Check your junk mail/spams, as well as any other filtered folders (some email services offer automatic filters, e.g. "promotions", "social networks", etc.). Also check the trash folder, in case the email was unintentionally deleted.

  • You may have entered an incorrect email address (maybe a typing error), or the verification email may have been deleted from your mailbox by mistake. You can start your account creation again, making sure that the email address is correct.

  • If you have a Google or Facebook account, you can create a Qoezion account with the Continue with Google/Facebook option. By creating an account with Google/Facebook, you won't need to create an additional password and you won't have the confirmation step with a verification email.

 

I can't create my account with Google/Facebook

  • If you are not already connected to your Google/Facebook account on the device you are using, you will need to sign in. Make sure your login information is correct (email address/password).

  • Check your Google/Facebook account settings to make sure you are allowed to connect to third-party applications and websites.

  • If you are trying to log in from a new device, Google and Facebook may block your connection or ask for additional verification. Try creating your Qoezion account again from a device where you already usually use Google/Facebook.

  • If the problem persists, create your account again by registering with an email address and a password, instead of using Google/Facebook.

 

I have a message "incorrect email and/or password"

  • Reset your password by clicking on Forgot your password? Then enter your email address and make sure it is correct, as you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

  • Once your new password is created, you will be redirected to the connection page: enter your email address and your new password to sign in.

  • If you are not sure of the email address you used to create your account, request a password reset for the different addresses that may have been used.

 

I have a message "There have been too many failed connection attempts in the last few minutes."

  • For security reasons, when someone tries to log in several times with an incorrect email or password, the account is temporarily blocked. Try again later, and reset your password if necessary.

I have a message "The page you are trying to access has restricted access"

  • You are connected with an account that does not have the right to access the page (for example, if you have two Qoezion accounts, or if two people in a family use the same computer). Click on "return to your personal space" then sign out and sign in again with the correct account.

I can't sign in with Google/Facebook

  • If you are not already connected to your Google/Facebook account on the device you are using, you will need to sign in. Make sure your login information is correct (email address/password).

  • If you get an "incorrect password" message, check your Google/Facebook password or reset it if necessary. Please note that if you try several times with an incorrect password, your account may be temporarily blocked: try logging in with Google/Facebook again later.

  • Check your Google/Facebook account settings to make sure you are allowed to connect to third-party applications and websites.

  • If you are trying to log in from a new device, Google and Facebook may block your connection or ask for additional verification. Try creating your Qoezion account again from a device where you already usually use Google/Facebook.

  • If the problem persists, create a password for your Qoezion account and log in with your email address and password instead of using Continue with Google/Facebook. To create your password, on the connection page click on Forgot your password? Then enter your email address, making sure it is correct, as you will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Once your new password is created, you will be redirected to the connection page: enter your email address and your new password to login.

 

I received an invitation but I can't sign in

The organizers of an event can send you an invitation to access the event's team space, but your Qoezion account is strictly personal: the organizer cannot create an account for you.

When you click on View the invitation, enter your email address to sign in or create your account if you don't have an account yet. You can also click on Continue with Google/Facebook to sign in or create your account with Google/Facebook.

Once you are connected, click on Access my teammate space to access the teammate space of the event that invited you.
